Instructions:

The kit has two discs: Disc A has 7 different colors that indicate the various   body characteristics (according to yin and yang). Disc B indicates the symptoms, teethmark appearance and suggestions.

Examine all fingers and determine to which body characteristic you belong. Then match the colors of disc A and B. The symptoms and prevention method should be seen through  the open window of disc A.
