Dr. Chi offers Fingernail and Tongue Analysis consultations in his Anaheim office as well as in other cities. He will be available for consultations in the following areas*:
Out-of-area Consultations
Las Vegas, Nevada
July 24-26, 2008 - evenings
Tampa or Kissimmee, Florida
August 20, 2008 - late evening
August 21, 2008 - 9:00 - noon
August 22-24, 2008 - evenings
*A special out-of-area consultation fee of $100 applies.

FEES:
Effective May 1, 2008, the new consultation fees are as follows:
Phone consultation - $70
Office consultation - $80
Succeeding office consultations - $60
DURATION:
A consultation generally lasts for about a half hour.

PAYMENT:
A credit card is needed for all phone consultations. For office consultations, a credit card is still needed to hold an appointment; however, the fee may be paid by cash or check (a $20 fee applies to all returned checks).

CANCELLATION:
Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. If the office is closed, please leave a message with your name and appointment date and hour clearly stated. If the appointment is not cancelled and you do not call or show up, your credit card will be charged the appropriate consultation fee.
