TSU-TSAIR CHI, N.M.D., Ph.D., received his medical training in China and earned his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from the Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers State University, New Jersey, in 1978. Dr. Chi then became a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician. Since then, he was involved in Infectious Disease work at E.R. Squibb and Sons, Inc. in New Jersey, and Cancer Screening at WarnerLambert/Parke-Davis Co. in Michigan. He was also the Laboratory Director at Omicron Incorporated in Redlands, California where he involved in the fields of cancer and atherosclerosis. In 1986, Dr. Chi developed a California state-licensed Neostop Anti-Tumor vaccine for poultry. He has also received a patent for the detection of antibodies against a chronic gonadotropin-like substance.
In 1994, he started giving lectures to different health professional organizations in the United States. Beginning in 2002, Dr. Chi became a qualified instructor for Continuing Education (CE) courses to licensed health care professionals. Among his published works are Dr. Chi's Fingernail and Tongue Analysis (2010) and Dr. Chi's Herbal Formulas (2007).
