Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA, you must call (714) 777-1542 within 30 days of purchase date and provide your name, invoice number and reason for the return. After 30 days of purchase date, absolutely no RMA will be granted. All returned items must be unopened and in their original containers. Please ship or drop off returned items to the address below. Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice with the package.

Full refund is given if returned items are received within 30 days of purchase date. A return handling fee of 20% of the sales amount applies to all returned items received by us after 30 days of purchase date. No refund will be given if items are received after 60 days from date of purchase, even with an RMA. If a discount was applied to the original order because of a bulk or quantity purchase, the original transaction will be recalculated accordingly and only the difference will be credited. We do not accept returns of unsealed items, books, posters, PDK, toothbrush, and the F-Scope.
